Each player has a hand of cards that they may play actions from. These cards are hidden from other players. The default maximum hand size is 5 cards.
At the beginning of the game each player draws up to their maximum hand size (usually 5 cards). During the draw phase each player draws 2 cards and then discards down to their maximum hand size.
Note: This page needs to be updated to reflect changes in the game or need to be worked on for other reasons.
