Hand

Each player has a hand of cards that they may play actions from. These cards are hidden from other players. At the beginning of the game each player draws 6 cards. At the end of each turn (during the End phase) each player discards down to that players maximum hand size, which is by default 6 cards. During the Draw phase each player draws 1 card.
